Pjs, Prayer and Play!
It is so important to make sure that we have experiences not just for our school-age children, teens, and adults but also for our youngest. It is the goal of Rabbi Sobo to make sure that while we are nourishing our adult learners that our pint-sized learners have an age-appropriate means to engage with our tradition and peers in the community. To that end, she is starting a series of special Shabbat programs geared towards families with not-yet-school-aged children. The goal is to create age-appropriate, Jewishly-rich and fun-filled experiences, by offering more casual ways for us to engage with each other. God never said we have to dress fancy to pray! So come in your most comfy PJs, if you so choose and engage in a song-filled kid-friendly service and then stick around and play together. RSVP’s strongly preferred to the Temple office.
