Food and Drinks

What would a cultural festival be without delicious food and satisfying beverages!  We love to share our favorite food and drinks with all festival visitors and give you a (literal) taste of Judaism.  Attendees enjoyed Jewish food as prepared by El MesonPasha GrillSmokin' Bar-B-Que, and Bernstein's Catering.

The menu included foods Jews have eaten around the world and some new dishes you may only taste here: traditional Middle Eastern falafel and hummus, brisket served Tex-Mex style, Jewish delicatessen favorites (pickles included!), and a sampling of vegetarian dishes.

Our Temple bakery members prepared scrumptious cookies and breads for you to taste and take home.  Special treats included handmade challah, honey cake, rugelach, hamentashen, and mandel bread.   Graeter's Ice Cream was also on hand with all of your favorite (kosher) flavors.

To wash down that amazing food and those delicious treats, attendees enjoyed an assortment of Jewish and kosher beers from Schmaltz Brewing, the country's premier kosher brewer, and Dr. Brown's sodas, a staple of delicatessens around the country.
