Dinner’s Done-Freezer Meal Workshop

February 20 at 6:00 p.m.

Join us for a freezer meals class.  We’ll be preparing 10 meals ready to cook now or freeze for later.  Each meal provides an average of 4-6 servings and the cost is approximately $3 per serving.  You will need to RSVP and pay $77.22 for seasonings by February 12.  We’ll send you a grocery list of items that you will need to bring with you the day of the class.   Our menu includes these ten meals:  Asian chicken wings, honey-glazed chicken adobo, Mexican fiesta chicken, basil cream chicken, parmesan garlic chicken, white chicken chili, chicken philly sandwiches, Tex-Mex beef carnitas, Southwest spiced chicken and baked veggie ziti.  We’ll need a minimum of six people and can accommodate up to twelve.  This class will be taught by Pampered Chef consultant Heather Mitchell.  Rabbi Sobo is happy to make recommendations to make all the recipes kosher-style.
